I got an older version of SlimCD running on that machine with the broken Ubuntu grub. I like it! First question - since its an older SlimCD (Linux 2.4.31 on i686?) running 6.2.2, do I use the 'update software' that's there, or am I better off making a new CD with the most recent SlimCD? Now to see if I can fix the grub problem from the terminal inside SlimCD...... Thanks!
