Unfortunately, to find this kind of error which are likely due to a bad UPnP implementation, like there are so many, you'd need to run the bridge in a debug session, at least in Linux. Can you do that? It implies running gdb from a command line LMS 7.9 on Pi 3B+ & Odroid-C2 - *SqueezeAMP!*, 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB3.
