Yup - I think Settings would benefit from being labelled Material Skin (per device) settings. I'm sure it's obvs to those changing it often but for occasional fiddlers it is confusing. Though I guess if you use a different browser on a device or SLX) then it'll be different. Or per interface? Bit subjective that term though ...
Somehow you read my mind about loading the development version (since there was an appeal to test it), but I found that I was completely in the dark after finding the github development branch.
