There is an issue with your system then, as Material has no 10 second refresh. Whilst I do not run windows, I did for a while (during lockdown) and noticed no such issues. The contents of the 'More' menu come from LMS, so this is beyond Material's control. *Material debug:* 1. Open console tab in developer tools 4.
