Hi there, for everyone, I've finally managed the problem. SO for anyone facing the same : delete the entire "project" on google API dashboard and create new one completely . I don't know why, Google apply quota on API, but I don't use often the Youtube plugin , so don't really understand why "quota" is exceeded .
