Just out of curiosity: do you also use an Apple Watch? I don´t recall anymore when those jumps occured (when i bought the AW back in August 2020 and/or when iOS 14 popped up). But I´m pretty sure that I haven´t had those issues from the beginning (when I started to use iPeng back in mid of 2017).
