I changed those settings back to default and optimise pre-buffering is still being enabled. So is Clean up album titles.
What UI are you using? I definitely can't reproduce this. And nobody has reported this to me before... Eg. the cleanUp _never_ is changed except in the settings page. There's no automagic like with the pre-buffering.
