The main purpose of the example is to show how to configure something like this in Custom Browse, so I think I will keep the movement level in the example since it will show how you can have several menu levels. In reality many users might choose to remove the movement level if it is as useless as you suggest. I think it might also be a good idea to give a hint in the example how to do this.
