Thanks Philippe. Firstly, an interesting observation - as a baseline, and due to my own curiosity, I initially repeated the test using the existing 1.49.5 version just to see if it would -always- skip the Mogwai track when using native format. During our intiial round of testing a few days back, I could replicate it every time. An unexpected outcome though - the Mogwai track has now decided to play successfully after The Beatles when using native format on 1.49.5. I wasn't logging the first attempt because I just assumed it would still skip, but have attached the log from my second attempt. I double-checked to ensure that LMS was sending the original FLAC file, and the logs also confirmed this. So it might make it tricky to test your fix when I now can't replicate the problem with 1.49.5! I ended up trying it 4 times on 1.49.5 and it worked every time. Anyway, on to version 1.49.6 where I tested it both with and without the native format setting and... good news! Playback was successul both times. 3 logs attached, all with successful playback: 01 Old version with native flac format.log 02 New version with native flac format.log 03 New version transcoded to aiff.log So it seems to be a success for 1.49.6 but also interesting to see that 1.49.5 doesn't always skip on the same playlist. I'll keep native format and logging enabled for the moment and keep an eye on things. If I can replicate it on 1.49.6 I'll get the log over to you. As a side-note, I haven't applied any other updates to my Sonos or LMS systems since the original testing, so everything is the same except for the updated plug-in. Thanks for your time and efforts with this.
