The problem is the Perl version, not (yet) the DSM version. Your Perl version has most likely been upgraded to version 5.28 ? One option is to rollback Perl to version 5.24 and turn off auto-update of Perl (and DSM). Other and better long-term solutions are installing LMS via Docker on your NAS or install LMS on some Raspberry Pi device instead.
