Can you enable debug logging for the SqueezeCloud plugin, try again, and post the results?
However, the error message you posted is not an error message set by this plugin, but by LMS(?) itself. So depending on the results of the debug log, it might be that it cannot be solved by the plugin if the problem is not related to the plugin.
