I wasn't actively using the Spotify app. It seems odd that different players had their volume changed each time. I can't reproduce it either it just seems to happen randomly. At the moment after setting everything up again after my issue where LMS wouldn't start after a reboot I have disabled the daemon checks to see if players remain available. I'll see how it goes.
