Not working for me at this point, either.  I thought I had success with
this in the past, but I may have not thoroughly tested my work.  In any
case, it's not a -parametric- equalizer so setting center frequency is
less necessary.  If you need finer control over inflection points, set
your equalizer to have more bands.  For instance, the 31-band EQ has
seven sliders below 100 Hz; just pick the one closest to your target. 
If you want a wider Q, tweak the bands to either side of your target.

IIRC, you're primarily listening to this player via headphones.  I'd use
another "real-time" EQ app to get things sounding the way you want, then
duplicate those settings in Inguz.  foobar2000 has a good 31-band EQ
"Graphic Equalizer" plugin that uses the exact same center frequencies
as Inguz.  Otherwise, you're making changes and waiting 10-15 seconds
for them to take effect.  That will be frustrating.
