Liking these improvements. Is it possible to add an additional "Move Up" into the context menu at Queue level? I know you can drop and drop in most interfaces but not in iOS which I use as my main controller - perhaps only make available in iOS? NB. I don't think a Move Down is needed as it would be achived by moving the below track up.
