I wondered why all my others were 50/50 too, but I only noticed it on a new install on a cheap refurbed fire Tablet I just picked up. I figured that all other instance were installed at 50/50, then, similar to other prefs, remain after updates. The new install os obviously 70/30, So that's why I thought that I did it, and noticed I couldn't undo. Had it not been 70/30, I would have never noticed the dragging issue.
