I think the RNP JBRadio 2 (FLAC) is broken. The mp3 and ACC are working fine. I went a bit farther - at their website https://jb-radio.net/options the "with metadata" link now seems to be working (with metadata!) where previously, it ran a minute and died. The "without metadata" also seems to be working (streaming from a PC, have not tried it in LMS). I think this is the stream you used for RNP? with metadata - https://argon106.startdedicated.net/proxy/icecast/flac without metadata - https://maggie.torontocast.com:8076/flac At a glance, it looks like their links may have changed.
