Backup a copy of the file custom-convert.conf in your slimservers Plugins/Alien directory in case you need to revert.
Using Wordpad (not Notepad) edit the file custom-convert.conf in your slimservers Plugins/Alien directory. Remove the text "-bandwidth 10000000" from the 3 RTSP lines. Restart Slimserver and see if that make problem go away.
