If you create your own custom *dynamic* playlists (SQLite code), this subfolder is where you place them so that DPL3 picks them up. I don't know how your *static* (standard) playlists ended up in that subfolder. DPL3 -never- moves playlist files around, neither static nor dynamic. But glad everything seems to be working again.
