Inguz, thank you for the prompt reply - another Khorn owner ! I started on the road to tri-amplification 20 years ago (built 3 class A-B stereo amps - 2 of which are still in daily use at my daughter's house) but children and work took up all my spare time and I didn't complete the crossover; now I drive the Khorns with a NAD C740 amp and Squeezebox 3.
I have installed EQ and have dug out my old Liberty Audio http://www.libinst.com/ microphone and preamp and are on the measurement path to produce a correction filter.
