'localhost' should be exactly the same as 127.0.0.1 as both are loop-back
address for your local machine. The two should normally be interchangable,
but I've seens a few instances on windows where there are issues translating
between the two of them. Often a security thing.. You should be able to use
your 192.168.xxx address as well..
