Again that sounds like the permissions on the HTML subdirectory (and all its contents) is preventing SqueezeCenter reading the files.
Go in and make sure they're 0755 or 0644 for directories and files respectively and try again. A few of us have been bitten by that - there are some clues in the server log about it being unable to read content to construct pages if you look for it.
