I had the same problem as i stored my collection on a NAS server, that
coded filenames using UTF-8 . The only solution i found was to transfer
these files with a ftp client (Filezilla) forcing UTF-8 during
connection to the NAS. The files transferred this way could be
correctly analysez by the SqueezeServer (although i couldn't read their
names anymore using win explorer).

It would be nice if someone could indicate another way of solving this
issue.
