Hi, Just installed Alien BBC 1.06 with Slimserver 6.5.4. Had exact issue. Played with it for about 12 hours. My music server is an old AMD Duron 750 overclocked, running Windows 2000. Didn't expect to see a complete solution and I'm not super technical, but, in desperation inserted the exact error message into the search box in the forurm. Bingo! Found your link. Installed Version 1. Presto! Worked immediately.
