I was getting those warnings when I had the powerctrl folder in the normal plugin folder. I believe it is supposed to be in the slim/plugin folder. I have it there so the warnings have stopped in my logs, the item still shows up in the plugin settings menu (with tick) but it is still nowhere to be seen on my Squeezebox!
