I think the problem is solved !!! I did as you suggested and zipped to the SC7 server\plugin directories. However what happen was that there was an additional plugin directory within the plugin directory that was empty. The AAC files were copied there but I moved them into the main server - plugin directory and DELETED the empty directory that had been there since installation ?!! I restarted SC7 and hey presto there is a PLUGINS AAC entry under Plugins tab and appearing within the Logging tab.
AND THERE IS ALSO AN ALIENBBC ENTRY appearing under logging for the first time and no 404 message. I havent tried it under the SB and will do that tomorrow but I think that it was all to do with a blank plugin folder within the server - plugin directories. -- juniper SqueezeCenter Version: 7.0 - 17793 - Windows XP - EN - cp1252 Perl Version: 5.8.8 MSWin32-x86-multi-thread MySQL Version: 5.0.22-community-nt ------------------------------------------------------------------------ juniper's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=9807 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=45298 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
