jbloggs, Don't bother with the United Kingdom bit, but yes you do need a citycode. Just enter the name of your local City, i.e. for me it is Eastbourne. Then it returns Eastbourne, UK or Eastbourne, New Zealand. If it doesn't work maybe try a larger City than your closest.
