This is an unoffical mod. Beta - please test and comment. The mod displays the current and Next program info and also while playing changes the Alien icon to the BBC station logo. In code terms - only one file of standard AlienBBC is changed - RTSP.pm.
The Live streams with added info are selected from the "BBC Live Streams enhanced" - all info regarding icon and schedule source in contained in the URL so the new program menu item can be put anywhere in Favorites. Also a user can add a Local BBC stations by creating an appropriate URL - Radio Ulster is an example. Attached are two file: Windows (zip) and Linux (tar.gz). To Install. 1. Stop SC. 2. Save a copy RTSP.pm in Plugins/Alien directory incase you want to revert. 3a. For Window extract the Zip file into the SqueezesCenter "server" directory - If extracted properly - two warnings should appear replace alien.png and RTSP.pm - Click Yes. 3b. Linux users should untar the tar.gz file into SC's Alien directory 4. Start SC. 5. Check there is a new AlienBBC menu "BBC Livestreams enhanced". - Select a station and play.
