Installation looks good and in the right place. The items on AlienBBC menu are retrieved from BBC website - I think therer are some network problems/delays and so SC is not waiting long enough for an answer from BBC.
To see if you can play items - please paste the following URL (Radio 4 live) into the Tune-in box and press play. rtsp://rmlive.bbc.co.uk/bbc-rbs/rmlive/ev7/live24/radio4/live/r4_dsat_g2.ra If it plays OK then I think network delays are the issue. If network timeout is the problem - increase the timeout by changing Setting/Advanced/Network/Radio Station Timeout from 5 to 30.
