BBC have made an XML version of the Listen Again library (using a format of their own). They passed the information to some of the internet radio device manufacturers relatively recently (11th July I think). I asked BBC about this long ago - but without a direct answer. Triode asked recently on James' blog for more details but had no response.
So - maybe someone from Logitech could make official contact with James Cridland of BBC to try to get access to it.
