Both. You missed something about a limitation that you can somewhat get
around with a setting ;-) My #1 disclaimer mentioned in the
announcement.
I could not convince Quicktime to accept a list of tracks (as on a PC
or MAC browser where you can add a list of tracks) - the iPhone version
simply does not have that feature.
So I have to load a new track every time the one currently playing is
finished through JavaScript.
Now when the ScreenSaver ("Auto-Lock") kicks in (or you leave the
Browser or the page), JavaScript is suspended. The Track will play to
the end but then JavaScript cannot load a new one.
There's two ways around this:
#1: Turn off the Screen Saver (Settings->General->Auto-Lock->Never)
#2: Manually unlock the screen after each track.
The only real way around this that I see (before the native app is
ready) is to write a SqueezeCenter plugin that exports the whole
playlist as something quicktime can read. You can package a playlist
into a movie. But this is not something that I will do by lack of Perl
and Quicktime knowledge. I will focus on the native app instead, so for
the skin you will have to live with what's there...
