That means either the new file is not called custom-convert.conf (e.g. check zero 0 for o (letter o) or _ for - etc.) or the contents has somehow got corrupted or file permissions got changed.
Double check the name & permissions of the conf file. Other approach 1. copy the file custom-convert.conf.old and saver the copy as custom-convert.conf 2. Using Wordpad (not Notepad) edit the file custom-convert.conf and remove all "--bandwidth 100000000" options from the lines in the file. 3. Close and save the file. 4.
