I'm still on iTunes 7.1 or something, so I don't know if it's going to work. Are you getting any interesting errors in the server log file?
Anyone else upgraded? If you're on Windows, quite frequently the installation messes up registering the iTunes COM interface with Windows, which stops the plugin from working.
