It's not possible without writing some scripts. You can export all ratings to an XML file by doing a backup in the "SqueezeCenter Settings/Plugins/TrackStat/Backup" section. With some clever scripting you can probably use this XML file to write the ratings to the file with some appropriate tagging tool. This will of course require that you have some development skills.
