Actually, you may be lucky, use a recent board and rtcwake will do
nicely, in S3 (suspend to ram), S4 (suspend to disk), and S5 (soft
off). If you're a bit unlucky, alarm wake from S5 won't work and then
you'll have to go with nvram-wakeup (does only S5, even on old boards).
If you're unlucky as me, nvram-wakeup won't auto-decipher your Bios and
you'll have to do the reverse yourself, changing dates and dumping the
Bios to an hex editor to see which bytes are changed...
