Check Settings/Advanced/Plugins for an AlienBBC entry. Also check Settings/Advanced/Filetypes for RTSP entries.
If there is an AlienBBC entry in the Plugins with an incompatibility message - then you have installed the wrong version (i.e. not the version for 7.2) of the AlienBBC plugin. If there is no AlienBBC in the Plugins but there are RTSP entries in Filetypes - then it is likely you have installed AlienBBC in an extra level of directories.
