I've updated the repo def to say 7.4+ now so you should be able to download and install the plugin from my repo. It still won't run, though, as the plugin itself is still marked as 7.3 only. You can edit the install.xml file, though, and it'll work fine for the current version of 7.4.
I'm reluctant to update the plugin to say it's compatible with 7.4 yet since I can't make that promise when 7.4 is continually evolving.
