Assuming that you got a good download of SCPowerTool and nothing was messed up with the zip file...I would suggest checking to see which version of MSVCR80.dll is on your system. On my XP laptop here, I've got version 8.0.50727.42. If you think this might be the problem, you can download MSVCR80.dll directly from Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=200b2fd9-ae1a-4a14-984d-389c36f85647&DisplayLang=en
