If classical.com is using WMA then it is probably a bug in Softsqueeze which happens very frequently since 7.3.
To test if it is the Softsqueeze bug 1. Install lame if you have not already installed it and restart SC. 2. In WebUI Settings/Advanced/Filetypes- disable Windows Media ->Flac and disable Windows Media-> WAV. This should leave Windows Media -> MP3 enabled. 3.
