This looks a bit similar to the errors some users get when using antivirus software together with SqueezeCenter. If you are using antivirus software it might be a good idea to configure it to exclude the "C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users\Anwendungsdaten\SqueezeCenter\Cache" directory.
