This plugin is only usable on the PC running SC. For what you want to do, a totally different solution is needed something like VLC or Windows Media Encoder to set up a http MP3/WMA encoded stream of your PC audio - quality will suffer an encoding can put a load on source PC. SC then treats your PC like an internet radio station - it just plays an URL.
