I am using the manual download link with "Microsoft IE Version 7.0.5730 13CO" and "Mozilla Firefox 3.0.10" under Windows XP SP3. Result: Still no access to both URLs.
Maybe the port 31888 is blocked by our office firewall. I'll test again, as soon as I'm back home.
