If someone from Logitech is monitoring this thread, please say something to let us know you're aware of this problem. If not, I'll open a bug, generate a customer ticket, do something to make sure this is on the radar. Those who use Erland's plug-ins consider them core functionality, not just a nice add-on. More than half of the music I listen to is selected through his plug-ins. Like most others have said, I would refuse to upgrade to v8 if it cost me the dynamic playlist functionality that depends on Erland's stuff. I even have custom SQL-based playlists that I refuse to lose. If forced to upgrade to v8, there'd be a customer escalation. Erland, if a reasonable amount of money could be raised to fund your dev time, would you have time to do the update work? It might be in Logitech's interest to pay Erland to do the conversion. Or to put one of their devs on the case if Erland just can't possibly do it. Maybe we could all put our money where our mouth is and contribute to a dedicated fund to get this work done. I've contributed to Erland more than once, and I sure wouldn't mind doing it again to get this work done. Maybe Logitech could match the user community dollar for dollar.
