I am using waveinput on a desk top running XP and with onboard Via Technologies soundcard. Waveinput seems to be installed fine and appears in Settings/plugin and on menus. When playing Spotify or others the sound is barely audible from Squeezebox boom even at 100% vol.
The control panel sound settings look correct as described by others on this thread. Stereo mix checked for recording etc. Can record sound from Spotify fine using Audacity. Any one any suggestions.
