As far as I remember, the problem was the same for weather.com and wunderground. I solved the problem by specifying the data to be displayed in m/h instead of in km/h. By this I got the correct display in km/h. Since the data is already provided in km/h on the respective web pages (because I am in Europe?), I assume that the plugin performed a conversion where none was necessary.
