I managed to get everything right by using speed downloader utility http://yazsoft.com/products/speed-download/downloads/ (free trial) and comparing the one downloaded by Firefox, firefox add a few bytes in the beginning of the file 00000000: 1F 8B 08 00 00 00 00 00 00 03 00 49 80 B6 7F
