Is a value for that not filled in already when you look at the settings page? There's nothing you need to install -- the PowerCenter zip file should unpack to include a "bin" directory including a BR.EXE and a Cygwin DLL. The full path of BR.EXE is what PowerCenter needs. PowerCenter is supposed to look for that file and preset that value for you.
