Outside of the UK - for Listen Again there is no MP3 only AAC so do NOT disable AAC.
WMA is only available for live streams - again because you are outside of the UK I would advise to test using the Radiofeeds menu or the Internet Radio/More Radio/BBC. If you are running a very clean XP with no MS apps installed it is possible there are some libraries missing for faad which is used for AAC.
