Yes, my Squeezebox Server music folder is set to
"\\TheMACServer\Music\Music". I do this because I didn't want Audiobook
scanned which sit in "\\TheMACServer\Music\Audiobooks". Z:\ is indeed
set to 
\\TheMACServer\Music (as I want the Audiobooks in iTunes). I understand
now, thanks for the clarification and for fixing my issue!
