For UK listeners the BBC send live streams in Flash/AAC, Flash/MP3, WMA and RealAudio.
To play a stream with no transcoding on an SB1 player you need to use the Flash/MP3 stream as SB1 cannot play any of the other formats. Flash/MP3 is MP3 audio format but wrapped in a Flash protocol (RTMP) which means the plugin has to unwrap the MP3 packets and then send the standard MP3 data to the player. So there is no URL you can use to play.
