Please try to run the program faad.exe (it decode AAC) to see if libraries are the problem.
1. Open a Command prompt windows (XP Start/Accessories/Command Prompt 2. Change directory to the directory which has faad.exe. On English Windows it is in C:\Program Files\SqueezeCenter\server\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread 3. run faad.exe and you should get a version message.
